The ticket includes the cost of participating in all Main Sessions of Passion 2021, materials needed for the gathering, and a boxed lunch on Wednesday.

You may purchase a ticket online and pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that you will be redirected to a TicketSpice event page to purchase your tickets.

If you are buying 10 or more tickets, you have the option to pay by check. Checks should be made payable to Passion Conferences and sent to 515 Garson Dr NE Atlanta, GA 30324. Please include your order number in the memo line. Passion Conferences must receive your check payment within 10 business days of your completed online registration to avoid cancellation of your order. Please note that you will not receive your tickets until your payment has been received.

You will receive an automated order confirmation email from TicketSpice immediately, which includes your Passion 2020 ticket. Please note that you must present your printed ticket for entry to Passion 2021.

You are not required to enter information for each ticket when registering. You may leave these fields blank and use the tickets as is or update the tickets later in the year.

Tickets purchased for Passion 2021 are non-refundable. We thank you in advance for not asking for exceptions. Tickets are transferrable to another individual at any time.

Tickets are fully transferrable to another individual within the gathering for which you purchased the ticket. Please note that Passion does not assist in payment for transferred tickets.

To transfer tickets, please use this form to contact our Team and include the name and email associated with the order, and the name and email of the person the ticket(s) should be transferred to.

Tickets purchased for Passion 2021 are only valid for Passion 2021. They are unable to be used for future Passion Conferences gatherings.

No. All additional tickets for your group will need to be registered in a separate order at the current ticket price.

No. All additional ticket orders must be purchased separately at the current ticket price. Orders of the same ticket price and orders of different ticket prices cannot be merged. All seating is general admission, so this will not prevent your group from finding seats together.

No. All tickets are general admission and cover admission to all Main Sessions of Passion 2021. Tickets for individual sessions are not available.

Information about possible scholarships will be available in the fall as we get closer to gathering together. Please check back on our website later in the year.

There are no group rates for Passion 2021 as we strive to offer the lowest possible price for all attendees.

All groups eligible for group seating will be contacted approximately one month before the event and all other seating is general admission. Groups who are offered group seating may accept or decline, and available seating will continue to be offered until full.

You will need to arrive in time for a mandatory Door Holder meeting which will take place early morning on January 1.

Door Holders will serve through load-out following Session 6 on January 2. Your Team Leads will release you once your load-out responsibilities are completed.

We use the term “Door Holder” instead of the word “volunteer.” The term is borrowed from Psalm 84:10, which speaks of being a doorkeeper in the house of God. Door Holders at Passion 2021 are individuals who have experienced God’s glory and now want to hold the doors to allow others to enter in. This is the heart and attitude we want our Door Holders to assume – one of service in preparing the way for others to have a powerful experience with Jesus. Door Holder is a term that encompasses all who serve at Passion gatherings. All volunteers are considered Door Holders, not just those on our Touch team who hold physical doors.

You may apply to be a Door Holder if you are over the age of 25. For the gathering to be possible, we need Door Holders who are willing to serve throughout the entire gathering in various roles. Door Holder applications are available here.

We want students to be able to fully experience the gathering. Door Holders work hard behind the scenes throughout the entire gathering, serving the students who are participating; therefore, we ask all students to attend Passion 2021.

The first step to becoming a Door Holder at Passion 2021 is to complete the application. The Passion 2021 Door Holder application will open on March 4.

You will not need to purchase a ticket to serve at Passion 2021, but Door Holders are responsible for their own travel expenses and meals, with the exception of lunch on Wednesday, which will be provided for Door Holders and attendees.

Your schedule for Passion 2021 will depend on your specific team assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Lead. However, you should be prepared to be available to serve through the entire gathering on January 1 and January 2. Please plan to be available starting early in the morning on January 1.

We realize that emergencies sometimes arise and alter your availability to serve. If you apply and later find out that you cannot serve, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fill your position. Teams experience significant challenges if notice is not given, so the earlier you can let us know, the better.

Passion 2021 is designed for college students, high school seniors, and their leaders. If you are a college pastor, you and your students will benefit most from you participating in the gathering with them.

Serving at Passion 2021 does not allow for much participation in the gathering itself. Please come willing to serve and fully aware that there may not be time to attend the gathering.

We encourage Door Holders to stay near the venue due to the full schedule of Passion 2021. We have negotiated discounted rates for Passion Door Holders in nearby hotels, which are listed in the email you receive once your Door Holder application has been processed. We strongly advise that you wait to make any non-refundable travel plans until you receive your team assignment.

If you are able to serve before December 31, we will be preparing the environments for students and it will take several days to fully set up for Passion 2021. If you would like to help with load-in, please indicate on your application the days you are available prior to December 31 or contact us here.

When the gathering ends, our teams begin breaking down the different environments. We ask that all Door Holders be available until 5pm on January 2 to assist with load-out.

Door Holders are not utilized in these areas; however, if you are 26 or older, we’d love for you to apply to serve on another Door Holder team!
