Louie is the Visionary Architect and Director of the Passion Movement, comprised of Passion Conferences, Passion City Church, Passion Publishing and sixstepsrecords, and the founder of Passion Global Institute. Shelley is the Chief Strategist, Director of Label Operations and Artist Management for sixstepsrecords, co-founder of the Passion Movement, and leads The GROVE, a gathering for the girls of Atlanta. Louie and Shelley, together founded Passion Conferences in 1997, uniting college-aged people in events around the globe—most recently gathering students at Passion 2020 in Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Rooted out of the Passion movement, Passion Music is committed to leading people towards renewed intimacy with God and fresh encounters of worship.
A GATHERING OF 18–25 YEAR OLDS, PASSION EXISTS TO SEE A GENERATION LEVERAGE THEIR LIVES FOR WHAT MATTERS MOST.
To live in such a way that their journey on earth counts for what is most important in the end. For us at Passion, that’s the fame of the One who rescues and restores, and the privilege we have to amplify His name in everything we do.
Movement
From its start in 1995, the Passion movement has had a singular mission—calling students and their leaders from campuses across the nation and around the world to live for what matters most. For us, what matters most is the name and renown of Jesus. We believe in this generation and are watching God use them to change the climate of faith around the globe.
